Great for decoration, re-enacting, Native American crafts, garments or accessories, etc. Our hides are unique and will vary in colour, size and shape due to the nature of the product. Leather may have blemishes, scarring, and/or holes. It is sold by the full uncut hide. Keep in mind that you will not receive a perfect square or rectangle.

In store purchases may be returned within 30 days with receipt for exchange or store credit only. No refunds.

Online purchases may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please call for authorization.

Any returns initiated above the 30 day return window will incure a 25% restocking fee.

To return or exchange a purchase you must include the reason for the return, your name, date of purchase, and invoice number (located on your receipt). For you own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as Canada Post. I-Bead Inc is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we DO NOT accept C.O.D. or Return-To-Sender deliveries. We do not pay for customs or brokerage fees.
We will refund your original credit card or e-transfer the amount of the return less shipping cost once we have received and inspected the returned product.
Return Status
Returns may take one to two weeks to process. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping
As the Canada Post union have given their strike notice, we have temporarily disabled all Canada Post shipping options, including our $7.99 Flat Rate shipping option. We do offer courier shipping through UPS, Canpar, Purolator and/or Fedex depending on your location.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
To help with the higher cost of courier shipping, we are still offering Free Shipping on orders over $100, and a *NEW* $5 off shipping discount on orders over $50.
FREE PICK UP is available for all customers. Payments accepted with this service are: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Etransfer (Interac), Paypal & Cash.
All courier shipping methods includes $100 insurance covereage (additional insurance can be purchased at $3.00 per additional $100 of covereage through each carier). A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us. Please note: i-Bead Inc will not be be held responsible for any and all, but not limited to lost, missing, stolen, damaged, etc, orders not insured above $100. We currently ship by Purolator, Canpar, UPS, and Fedex, and depending on your location, your order should arrive within 2 to 10 business days within Canada. U.S. Customers please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. Occasionally customs may hold deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control.
There may be postal delays such as Christmas / COVID-19 / Weather Conditions / Strikes / Etc which are beyond our control. Once you have placed and paid for your order we will prepare your order and it will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders will ship the next business day.
Choose "PICK-UP" shipment (on payment) option ONLY if you are going to come to our showroom to pick up your order.
*Free shipping and flat rate shipping will be sent by Canada Post Expedited parcel, and is only available to Canadian customers.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Certain products, along with Wholesale Customers, are no longer eligible for Free or Flat Rate Shipping.
- All parcels come with $100 worth of insurance (execpt items sent via stamped envelope). Additional shipping insurance can be purchased at checkout for $2.25 per additional $100 of coverage. In the event you parcel arrives damaged, or becomes M.I.A., and you have declined the additional insurance, Canada Post will only reimburse you and us up to $100.
